Hi I'm Karalee.

I grew up in Arizona, and have loved animals all my life. One of my favorite thigs to do is to go horseback riding. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always loved animals. When I was younger I was the kid who bugs mom and dad to get them a puppy. As a teenager I decided I wanted a horse. Once I could work and save money, I eventually bought a beautiful arabian mare. While I no longer own her, I plan to have more horses in my life some day. I have also worked most of my life in the veterinary field, which is where we ended up finding our dog, a 3 legged schnoodle. I am currently a housewife devoted to my loving and hardworking husband. We are also hoping to adopt a child any day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to a family who believes in the gospel, so I had been taught it's ideals all my life. Like most teenagers I didn't always want to do the things I knew I should, but loving parents and teachers helped me find my own testimony. Eventually I became a missionary for my church. As a 22 year old woman responsible for teaching others the gospel, I found I still had plenty to learn. Often peopple would ask me questions I did not know the answers to, and all I could say was : I don't know, but I can help you find the answer." As we would read scriptures together with them, and as I would study on my own to look for those answers, my own beliefs became stronger and stronger. Now that I am "on my own" so to speak, I find that living according to the teachings of the gospel is what brings me true happiness.

How I live my faith

I serve as the secretary in our women's organization currently, but have also been blessed to work with the young children for a while. Both have helped me grow tremendously as person and I like to think I have made an impact in the lives of those I help. I love the fact that my flexible schedule allows me to be able to help others when few others can.
