Hi I'm Nicole

I am origanally from Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a missionary for the LDS church, and I am serving in the amazing Alaska Anchorage mission. I love everything that has to do with the outdoors. I love being with my family, eating lots of food, and watching movies that I enjoy.

Why I am a Mormon

The church came into my life when I was around 12. My sister joined the church and not soon after, the missionaries showed up at the door. They invited me to be baptized. Although I didn't understand the whole meaning of it, I was. It took me from age 13 until I moved away from home at 18 to realize that I didn't know much about the church, so I decided to study about it. The first thing I gained my testimony of was Joseph Smith. Reading about him and everything he did and went through because of his faith and trust in the Lord changed my entire perspective, and I wanted to learn more. The learning process for me was very gradual. But the peace that I felt as I studied (although I didn't know much) I knew it was all true. As I continued to go to church, read the Book of Mormon, and prayed I slowly learned more and my faith and love for my Savior Jesus Christ blossomed and continues to grow still. I have been through quite of bit of struggle in my life, but the teachings of Jesus Christ and His gospel has helped me through every bit of it. The gospel has given me the strength to keep going when I didn't think I could, or didn't want to, and gave me the desire to be happier than I was, and to seek the love that I now know that my Heavenly Father has for me and all of His children. I know with all my heart that this church is true. It is the church that Jesus Christ established when he was here on the earth.

How I live my faith

At this time I am serving a mission and sharing the gospel with the people of Alaska. It is the Best thing that I have ever done and the happiest I have ever been.
