Hi I'm Sue

I am a blogging grandma. I'm a Happy Mormon.

About Me

I have been married over 40 years. I love being a grandmother and having gatherings with my family. I enjoy going to NFL trips with my sons. I have 4 blogs that I love expressing my opinions and beliefs. I'm on facebook . Our family loves to travel with each other.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate to grow up in the church. But my true conversion came after my first child was born. I knew that being a member of the church and teaching my children the gospel was paramount. I wanted an eternal family. I had a burning in my soul that testified to me that the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints was the true church. I have a strong testimony that Jesus Christ lives, that he truly volunteered his life for me. I know that I can be forgiven if I repent, making it possible for me to be able to return to live with my Father in Heaven again. I know that there is a tailored plan just for me to help me gain experience. I love my Father in Heaven. He knows me and answers all my prayers. the gospel is truly a blessing in my life.

How I live my faith

I serve with the women of my ward. I help teach them the gospel, build faith and give opportunities to serve. I organize women in groups of 2 to visit other women in our neighborhood. Offering service and assistance when needed. I also enjoy planning activities for the women. I love visiting new moms and those with illness. I help families plan funerals for their loved ones. I prepare myself for these opportunities by studying the scriptures every morning, and going to the Temple once a week. I pray to know what my father in heaven would want me to do. Relying on those inspirations are necessary to help those in need.
