Hi I'm Ken

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I’m 62 year old retiree and have been a Mormon all my life. I was born and raised in Ogden, Utah and most of my friends were Mormon. At age 19, I was drafted into the USMC and pulled out of my comfort zone. At that time I had to reevaluate how I would live my life, I chose to live the standards of The Church and am glad I did. I’m currently the Young Men’s President and love the time I have with the young men.

Why I am a Mormon

I’m a Mormon because I know that the Book of Mormon is true, I’ve read it cover to cover many times and it always lifts me up and brings me closer to God. If The Book of Mormon is true, then Joseph Smith was/is a prophet and The Church is Christ’s true Church here on The Earth.

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon is all about living a life of service and trying to become a better person today than I was yesterday. The teachings of The Church help in accomplishing this and become a “way of life” not just a Sunday thing.
