Hi I'm LeAnne

I am a single mom. I am a scrapbooker, stamper and paper crafter. I love preserving my family history through art. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am and always have been a single mom. I raised a wonderful young woman who is one of my very best friends. I have a loving and supportive family who have always been there for me. I am currently unemployed but seeking a new direction and praying to know where the Lord wants me to be. I am very creative and enjoy scrapbooking, stamping, paper crafts, sewing and many forms of art. I also enjoy sharing my creativity with others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church and come from strong Mormon families on both sides. Although my father was never active is grandfather was a body guard to Joseph Smith. On my mother's side my ancestors were pioneers, one of which was a midwife on the Mormon trail whose journal have been published. I struggled with my testimony in my late teens and early twenties and fell away from the church for a while, but after I had my daughter I realized that what was missing in my life was the Gospel. I am an active member now and very grateful for all the blessings the Gospel brings to my life.

How I live my faith

I am not perfect, but I strive to live the Gospel because I have learned that I am happier if I do. I refrain from alcohol, tobacco products, coffee and tea because I choose to follow the teachings of the gospel, but it is my choice to do so. I try not to use profanity or partake in immoral materials or activities. I strive to be honest, kind, respectful and trustworthy. I appreciate the diversity of mankind and try to be accepting and understanding of all the sons and daughters of God. It is not my place to judge the choices, lifestyles or circumstances of others. The Gospel teaches that it is our duty to love one another. I have served in many capacities within the church from teaching both children and adults, to planning activities, to working with the youth. Currently I work with the 8-12 year old girls and I have a blast!
