Hi I'm Gayle

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I met while in college and have been together for 40 years. The Lord blessed us with 3 terrific children and as they've married we've been blessed with 3 more special "children." Through these unions, we've received the most wonderful of all blessings, 8 beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy reading, theatre, music, and most importantly spending time with our family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, having parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and great great grandparents faithfully living the gospel during their lifetimes. Those of us who have been raised in the church at some point in our lives have to determine for ourselves whether or not we believe all that we've been taught. The trials that are an inevitable part of any life, have only served to strengthen my knowledge that the principles that I learned at my parents knees are indeed true principles and the only way to find happiness. The peace that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings to my heart when life is difficult and the joy I find in serving Him has solidified my own testimony and I've made a conscious choice to continue on the path that was set at my birth.

How I live my faith

I've been so blessed to have the opportunity to serve my Heavenly Father by serving my brothers and sisters in the gospel as well as those brothers and sisters in my community. I have a great love for little children. They are so fresh from our Heavenly Father and so innocent in their feelings and so it has truly been a joy for many years to be able to teach children of all ages. I've also been a visiting teacher and have made lifelong friends through serving the sisters in the church.
