Hi I'm Jeff

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ. I'm a chiropractor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm 37 years old. I was just married last December and currently have my first son on his way, and I am excited to become a dad. I am a chiropractor and love being able to help people.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, and I've always believed it to be true. But that doesn't mean that I haven't had my struggles. Sometimes I have thought that life would be so much easier if I didn't believe in God (because I am naturally a lazy and selfish person). But as it comes down to it, I really do know that there is a God, and as I have studied and prayed, I have come to know that the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are true, and that the Book of Mormon is true, and that I am a better person because I follow it's teachings.

How I live my faith

I like the organization of the church. We don't have paid clergy, so it is a matter of everyone serving everyone. This helps me get out of my laziness and selfishness. Anytime I'm asked to serve, whether it be giving a lesson in Sunday School or being a clerk or being the leader of the men's group, I always accept and try to do my best. I am currently a hometeaching supervisor. Hometeaching is a program of the church where the men are asked to visit specific homes each month to find out any needs that the family might have, to try to meet those needs and to deliver a spiritual message.
