Hi I'm Martin

I'm a Mormon. A husband with 6 children and 16 grandchildren. I am a builder and real estate broker.

About Me

I am a college graduate from 1973. I am a father of 6 children and 16 grandchildren. I am in the building and real estate business. I enjoy being involved in local politics and an a constitutional follower. I believe that the Founding Fathers were inspired of God. i love America. I enjoy camping and lake fishing. Teaching my grandchildren ture principles that will help them through their lives is something I love to do each Sunday they visit us.

Why I am a Mormon

I was blessed to be born with parents who are mormons. They raised me in the church and taught me early in life that I had to learn for myself if the church is true and did I want it to be a part of my life. I had many opportunties to visit other churches and see for myself what church taught me what I felt is the truth. As a teenager I applied James 1:5 along with Moroni 10:3-5 and went to the Lord in sincere prayer and received an answer that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the restored gospel of jesus Christ in it's fullness and with the priesthood of God to perform the saving ordinances to allow me to return to the present of God if I keep His commandments.

How I live my faith

I am active in the scouting program helping young men learn good moral values, how to serve others, respect the Lord and the ten commandments, do a good deed each day for someone in need.Working at the local "Bishop Store House" gives me an opportunity to help those who are unemployed and are needing some temporary assistance. We are able to can foods and then ship them to the needy people through out the world. I particapte with my local HOA in completing special service projects to help keep our neighborhood looking good. I attend the local school plays and programs to support the youth and encourage them to be busy in doing good things. Each year in the fall around Thanksgiving time we have a neighhorhood block party to get to know our neighbors better and share in our concerns. Having the "balance" the restored gospel gives me the strength to be involved in many areas of life. Having a positive perpsective in life makes life so much more enjoyable.
