Hi I'm Symone

I grew up in Washington state. I like photography, reading and writing. I love music and movies. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 24-year-old college graduate. I enjoy taking pictures, being in nature, watching movies, listening to music, and just being around my friends and family. I quote movies and YouTube videos all day, every day. It's just something I do. I am obsessed with Spider-Man, love Kit Kats, and mispronounce Reese's. I am a big dork, and am proud of it. I am the oldest of six kids, the youngest being eight-years-old. I am also married to the love of my life and have one (almost two) beautiful daughters! :] I love life, and where it is taking me, and I am so excited to see what Heavenly Father has in store for me. :]

Why I am a Mormon

I love the Gospel and the feeling I get from it. Everything that I have learned, from my birth to now, is true. I know it is, and that is why I am a Mormon. I just believe all that has been shown to me. I am also a Mormon because all the things that I have learned have helped me through my trials and hard times. The Atonement and repentance process have helped me immensely, but I wouldn't know about any of that had I not been a member of this wonderful church. I am also a Mormon because I know that, no matter where I travel to or where I live, the Church remains the same. It is the same teachings, the same spirit, and the same beliefs no matter what, and I love that. I have a testimony of this Church. I know that it is true. I know that the Book of Mormon is true, and that the stories within that book will help me in life. I know that families can be together forever, even after death. And I know that Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father live and are there to help me. And, for those reasons, I am a Mormon, and I am proud of it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing my testimony whenever possible. I also was a Sunday School teacher, which helped me to become a better teacher. I learned a lot while helping those in my ward learn. I try to help all those around me, whether Mormon or not. Everyone is a Child of God, and deserves to be treated as such. I try to apply those things I have been taught in my life to the best of my ability, including every thing that I have learned at Church. This faith is all about doing, not just believing, and I try my best to do all that is needed.
