Hi I'm Ashley

I work and play all day with a blue-eyed sweetie. I'm a new mama grateful for every moment! I'm a Mormon!!

About Me

I'm a daughter, grand-daughter, sister, friend, wife and mother. I recently left my job in accounting to pursue the health and happiness of my baby girl at home. I love to play soccer and tennis, sew and craft, and spend time with loved ones.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I chose to be. I grew up in a Latter-Day Saint home. I went to church every Sunday and attended church-sponsored youth activities each week. I have strong Mormon ancestry, but I chose for myself to live as a member of this faith. I'm a Mormon because I know that it is Christ's church restored to the earth. It is the fullness of the gospel restored in these latter-days of the world. We have apostles and prophets that teach and direct us, as they did in Christ's time. I'm a Mormon because I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to Joseph Smith. Under Their direction, Joseph Smith translated ancient plates. I'm a Mormon because I know that the translated plates, the modern-day Book of Mormon, document Christ's appearance after his resurrection to those living on the American continent. I'm a Mormon because I know that Christ, who selflessly bled and died for my salvation, would take time to visit and share his gospel with everyone living on the earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true account of Christ's ministry in the Americas. I cannot place more importance on what others THINK about my faith than on what I KNOW about it. If I deny or make light of my membership, I would misrepresent everything that I am. I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Because of my choice to live as a Mormon I keep all of the commandments. This has brought peace and happiness to my life. I currently serve my ward by working with the youth. I enjoy learning and growing from their experiences and am grateful for the opportunity to help them develop their talents and abilities.
