Hi I'm Brin

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a sister, daughter, Aunt, friend, and wife. I love life and I try to enjoy every minute of it. I love to read, go on long walks, laugh, create, write, play, sing, watch movies, and spend time with my favorite people. I'm studying English to be an editor, but a career is not as important to me as my family. I look forward to the day when my husband and I have children, and I will put my all into being the best mother I can be.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents raised all ten of their children in the LDS faith. It's not just something we do on Sunday, it's a way of life and simply who we are. We're all imperfect but the Church has given us guidance to become better people. The Church and the gospel have given me everything: hope, love, inspiration, knowledge, comfort, strength, and so much more. I have gotten all of that because the Church has given me my Savior.

How I live my faith

My husband and I go to church every week. We read the scriptures, pray, study, and discuss the church. We share with our families precious moments related to the church. We try to follow our Savior's example in how to live our lives and progress eternally. My husband works for the church, which has been an enormous blessing. We have callings in our ward, which we do our best to fulfill. I am involved in a program called Visiting Teaching, part of our women's organization. Visiting Teaching is a way for us to keep in touch with each other: to uplift, inspire, and help each other. We create lasting friendships and make sure all of our needs are met. I love my calling, which allows me to serve many women and families in my ward. I love to be around people, making new friends, and making sure they know they're loved. I know that this church is led by Christ because of things like Visiting Teaching. I know He cares about each and every one of us, and lets us learn and grow by helping and taking care of each other. This church is truly inspired, and Visiting Teaching is inspired.
