Hi I'm Jodi

I am a wife. I am a mother. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother. I go to soccer games, karate classes, swimming lessons, and cub scouts. I spend as much time as I can with my wonderful husband. I love to read and learn.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true restored gospel of Jesus Christ. As I live the principles of the gospel, I experience peace and joy. The gospel of Jesus Christ is my anchor. And as I work daily to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, I understand more my purpose here on earth.

How I live my faith

I do my best to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. I try to live so that those who know me know that I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

I am a Mormon woman. I am college educated. I had a prosperous retail career as a manager, buyer, and analyst. When my first son was born, I made the easiest decision of my life to leave my career behind and be at home to raise my son. Since then, I've had 3 more sons, and I have been so very grateful that I have been able to be with them every day of their lives to teach them and nurture them. There is no award, accolade, or achievement I could have earned in the business world that would have come close to the importance of the work I am doing in my home. Raising my sons to be servants of our Heavenly Father, teaching them to do good, helping them to show love to all of Heavenly Father's children is the most important work I could ever do on this earth. I am very fortunate to have a wonderful husband who is an equal partner in our marriage. He takes seriously his responsibility to preside in, provide for, and protect our family. He has the utmost respect for me, and teaches our sons to have respect for all women. Show more Show less
