Hi I'm Lisa

I'm a mother, a friend, and an artist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

First and foremost, I'm a mom and a wife. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful little children. Second and nextmost, I'm a Primary teacher. I teach three- and four-year-olds every Sunday. Third and lastmost, I'm an artist. I paint and I make invitations.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the church my whole life. My testimony has grown line upon line, precept upon precept. I pray and I receive an answer. I pay my tithing and I receive a blessing. Everything I've been taught has been confirmed by the Holy Ghost. The Spirit testifies daily to me of God's love for me, and I continue to grow and become like Him.

How I live my faith

I get to teach a class of three- and four-year-old children every week. They are so cute! Watching them color pictures, or talking about the gospel from their perspective, or telling scripture stories, I can feel Heavenly Father's love for them. The other fun thing I get to do is use my artistic talent to make invitations for church activities. I've made up to 80 invitations for one activity, but my biggest project was making 40 little bound books for a lesson (with the help of my wonderful mother-in-law).
