Hi I'm Bryan

I grew up in Southeast Texas. I run and own a TaeKwonDo School. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three amazing kids. 2 girls and a boy. My wife is my help, support, and the love of my life. I have been studying Taekwondo for the last 20 years and am currently a 5th degree black belt and a master instructor. In my off time I enjoy working on things with my hands, spending time with my family, and going shooting for fun.

Why I am a Mormon

The church has changed my life. After praying and praying and seeking for answers the Lord let me know without a doubt that this was His church on this earth. No one or nothing else has ever given me the comfort and assurance that this church and His people have given me. The blessings I receive from living His gospel are uncountable and unceasing. I used to wonder if there was really anyone out there. Like so many people I believed there was but that he was some unknowable, incomprehensible being. I now know and can say without hesitation that I know there is a Heavenly Father who loves and cares for each one of us and that he wants all of his children to be ready to receive all the blessings that he has in store for us.

How I live my faith

As a Taekwondo instructor, I have the opportunity to affect people's lives on a day to day basis. The qualities and characteristics of a member of the Church are reflected in Taekwondo. I get to talk to kids everyday about how they can be a better citizen, brother, or leader in their community. I want them to be a force for good in the world. They are the future and as a mentor, I take that responsibility seriously. As I live the Gospel, I hope the people I influence can see the Savior reflected in me.
