Hi I'm Allison & Addison

We grew up in Nebraska, recently met and got married! Allison is a photographer and Addison is a dentist-to-be. We are Mormons!

About Me

Both of us were raised Mormon. We spent the majority of our lives in Nebraska and recently got married right here in the Winter Quarters Temple, in Omaha. Allison is a photographer and Addison is in the pre-dental program. Both of us love spending time together outdoors, biking, listening to and performing music, and watching movies. Both of us know that the Lord brought us together and our greatest happiness is our relationship. In fact, our first and middle names even rhyme!

Why I am a Mormon

We are Mormon and chose to remain active in the LDS church because we know without a doubt that God doesn't change. If He really is the same yesterday, today, and forever, then surely He would still communicate his plan for us through a living prophet and through personal revelation from the Holy Ghost. It is this plan, the plan of salvation, that gives us our greatest hope and happiness. Our Heavenly Father wants all of us to be able to enjoy the very same blessings that he enjoys, and to be able to do so as families. To spend eternity with the ones you love.... to know that no matter what you will always have your spouse, what could be greater? We know that we are led by a loving Father in Heaven, and that although we may not always understand everything that He does, we can always trust that He is looking out for us and hears every prayer. We are so thankful for the blessing of having a living prophet on the earth today and of having "The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ", to further strengthen our testimonies of the Lord Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

We live our faith by serving in the Primary, which is a program for children in the church, who we teach for two hours each Sunday. We also try to share our faith to our friends, neighbors, co-workers, and fellow students by example and by word. Addison recently got back from a full-time mission in Philadelphia where he spent 2 years teaching others about the Mormon faith. The knowledge we've gained in this church affects every decision we make, and we couldn't be happier.
