Hi I'm Craig

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in the Church, but found my testimony when I was in my 30's. I am a physician, a CEO, a husband and father

About Me

I have been married for 41 years to my best friend. We love to travel together, to cook together, to landscape together and just spend time together. My role as CEO of a large health-care organization keeps my extremely busy during the week, but the weekends are almost exclusively for family and Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was too involved in other things during my young adulthood to take the time to truly know the Savior, but in my mid-30's I faced a crises that could only be solved by placing my entire trust and will in His Hands. That experiance was the beginning of a life-long journey in understanding and following His path. I have come to know His love and plan for me and my family in ways that could only have come from Him. I love the Book of Mormon, and have found in it's pages guidance and direction, as well as peace and understanding. I have taken Moroni's challenge and "asked God the Eternal Father if these things are true", and He has "manifested the truth...by the power of the Holy Ghost."

How I live my faith

I have been in many teaching and leadership positions in our church, and have found giving to others to be the true meaning of life. I recently had a wonderful opportunity to participate, along with LeAnn (my wife), in a recreation of scenes from the Book of Mormon. I played a prophet who had been burned by a wicked king for teaching the truth. With the Lord's help, we were able to build a "double" that looked like me, and the "switch" was made in a way that the audience didn't realize what had happened. The realism of the scene helped others feel what it means to be willing to give your all for standing up for the truth.
