Hi I'm Alisa

I love to laugh, create memories with my family and love a good cheeseburger. I love life and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of three children. I have married the love of my life and have two little boys that make me laugh and...cry, but mostly they are joy in it's purest form. My mom is my best friend. I suffer from an illness called POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and from this have learned so much about life. I love date night with my husband and bubble baths after playing in the rain with my boys. I love to eat salads, love a clean house and making lists. I love get togethers with my siblings and cute purses. I love late nights in the summer and early morning walks.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my whole life, however my true conversion did not happen until I was older. Through various trials, I turned to Heavenly Father. Through Him and the enabling power of the attonement I have felt great peace and the truthfulness of the gospel has pierced my heart. I love the simpleness of the gospel and the sweet feelings that are attached to it. My favorite thing about this church is our belief that if you are sealed by the proper authority, you get to have your family forever. There is nothing more in this world that I want, than having my famliy forever. I lost my Nephew earlier this year and I know that through the plan of happiness, I will see him again. We will all be together again and there will be the most intense feeling of love that will never have to leave.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life the way Christ would want me too. I try to teach my boys stories from the scriptures and how to pray. I avoid negativtity at all cost and try to keep things simple so that I can hear the still small voice.
