Hi I'm Adam

I grew up in Florida. I served my mission in the Colorado Denver South Mission. I work in retail management and I'm a MORMON!

About Me

I'm a regular guy if there is such a thing. I grew up in the church and like most had to find out for myself if the Church was true. I can honestly say like most will that my mission saved my life. The experiences I had, the love I felt and shared with others is a strength even now to me in my life. I am in retail management and I live in Florida. I have been born of goodly parents who taught me the gospel. I attend the singles ward and I love it. I was hesitant at first but the love I feel and the family I have found there is amazing. I like to sing, write and swim. I love to watch movies and hang out with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I took the challenge plain and simple to read the Book of Mormon and find out if Joseph Smith was a prophet. Think about it. Its either true or it is not. It either happened or it didn't. I was not there to see the vision but I know it happened as Joseph said it did. The heavens are opened again and revelation is received. No greater truth can be shared with the world in my opinion. I grew up and the church and did not always know this. I relied a lot on my parents testimony growing up I suppose. My mother is an inspiration to me. She was not always a member and as she came to marry my dad and take the missionary lessons (several times I might add) she came to know it was true. To this day her side of the family is not proud of her to decision to leave the faith of her fathers and join the Latter Day Saint Church however she knew and she knew that God knew she knew it was true. Choosing to do nothing with her new found truth would anger her Heavenly Father and she could not do that. Her strength in adverse times motivated me to find out for myself it this was true. I knelt in prayer and asked. My answer was not immediate but then again I was not listening at first either. Now I know and I know that God knows I know. My actions are to be like him. I am grateful for my Savior and the love he has for me.

How I live my faith
