Hi I'm Nichol

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay at home mom of three kids with one more on the way. I enjoy creative activities and crafts and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in the church's teaching and way of life. I know that the truths that I have learned as a result of being a member of this church affect my life in a positive way each and every day. I know who I am, why I am here and I don't have to wander through life not knowing what my purpose is. I know Jesus Christ died for me and atoned for my sins and as a result, if I live worthily I can return to live with my Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ again. I am a Mormon because I believe that families can be together forever if we are sealed here on the earth.

How I live my faith

I teach the 12-13 year old girls each Sunday.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Nichol
Some of the most talented, educated, witty and beautiful women I have met are Mormon. Many have chosen to stay home and raise their families because they feel that this is the most important thing they can be doing. They don't stay home with their families because they are not ambitious, creative or smart. They stay home because the realize that they have a huge impact on their children and how they will develop. Many feel their time is best used protecting and teaching core values to their children so they can make good decisions and choices when they go out into the world. Mormons believe in the equality of men and women. We are a team, we may have different job descriptions, responsibilities and talents but we work together to form a more perfect whole.
