Hi I'm James

I'm a father of 3 and a US Air Force Veteran in Colorado. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a married father of 3 (two girls and a boy) living in Colorado. I love watching my family grow and I'm grateful I'm a part of their life. I have served in the U.S. Air force as an air traffic controller, honor guard, and a human factors instructor. After my service in the military I studied geography in college and now I make maps for a living. I like maps, compasses and GPS instruments because I think knowing where you're going is important.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know the gospel of Jesus Christ was restored through the prophet Joseph Smith and he helped restore Christ's church as it was set up when Jesus Christ walked and taught in Jerusalem during the 1st Century AD, with apostles and teachers.

How I live my faith

I have always striven to be a faithful disciple if Christ since gaining a testimony of Jesus Christ as my savior when I was a teenager growing up in Seattle in the 90s. My faith in Christ has grown as I served a mission in Detroit and then served my country in the military. Since getting married and having a family, I have had the opportunity to raise my children to the light of Christ and the chance that I have to see them feel the influence of the Holy Ghost and to learn about the gospel strengthens my resolve to emulate Christ in my life both at home and at work.
