Hi I'm DAVID

I grew up in Idaho, was in the Navy, I spent 35+ years as a Paramedic, I am married to the love of my life, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a retired Paramedic, I like to golf, fish, hunt, and build hot rods. I am a father of six children whom I am very pleased. I collect N scale electric trains and enjoy operating them as well as fixing them. I owned my on business, hold an MBA, active in Rotary, Boy Scouts, and the Church. I am married to the love of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

My Parents brought me and my 10 siblings up in the Church, I attended 4 years of seminary during high school, and have held many positions in the church. I am a mormon because I believe in the teachings, the message, and the gospel of Christ. Both the Bible and the Book of Mormon support the message of Jesus Christ and our return to our Father in heaven.

How I live my faith

I attend church regularly, am a leader in the Mens group, and enjoy working with the Boy Scouts. I try to lead by example and follow the golden rule "do unto others as I would have them do unto me. '

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

DAVID
God and his son Jesus Christ are in heaven, those who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ will also live there. Those who choose not to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ will be rewarded for what they have done in this life, but will not live with God and Jesus Christ. Show more Show less

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

DAVID
The Church help non-mormons and even nor-christons all over the world. Out missionaries not only teach Christianity throughout out the world, they also preform service to those in need. Joseph Smith himself taught that we are "to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all."
