Hi I'm Cindy

I am a mother of three boys and married. I am a consumer automotive credit analyst and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of three boys. I enjoy family history, scrap-booking, stamping, sewing, cooking, baking, the outdoors and sports. After working 18 years in the car finance industry, I am back in school taking medical billing and coding. The most rewarding activity is my family. My second to it would be the joy is serving others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a christian home as a child. Our family went to the United Methodist church growing up. I always felt it lacked something in the services I attended. I learned that there is a God and that Jesus Christ was his Son. My husband worked with a man who was a Mormon. Through this friendship and his wife, we were able to learn a little bit more. The missionaries visited with us and we invited them to come to tell us more about their faith. They asked us to read the Book of Mormon and pray about the messages contained therein. I read, I pondered, I prayed. I had an overwhelming warm peaceful feeling engulf me. I am ever grateful for that confirmation. It was a witness to me from the Holy Ghost that this was right. The messages I pondered and read were brought to us for this day. It is my rock and foundation of my faith and testimony.

How I live my faith

I have helped to organize events in my community, young women, and the women in our church. Most times these have included service opportunities in our community we live in. For example, we just had over 500 of our members paint historical buildings at a local landmark in our community. I have helped can, bottle, and seal food items for those in need with our youth and civic leaders.
