Hi I'm Daniel

I work in the video industry. I edit TV commercials and corporate videos, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a super-busy person, trying to be a good husband to my wife, a good father to my 1-year old daughter, a good student at school, and a good co-worker. So I've got a lot on my plate! But somehow it all gets taken care of. I currently go to school at Metro State, studying for a Computer Information Systems degree, and I've got 2 more years left. I go to school nights, so that I can go to work full-time in order to support my little family. I work at a video production facility, and it's a blast! I edit TV commercials for nationwide playback. Do you know the BigSpot.com commercials? Yeah, that was me. :-)

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it makes me happy. It encourages me to maintain my standards and to help others whenever I can. It is a huge comfort to know that God is always there, and that he communicates to us through personal means as well as through the LDS church. I've had numerous experiences that show me that I'm in the right place, and that God does have a plan for me. I try to follow the example of Jesus Christ, and the LDS church is there to help me learn about him and his role in my life. I'm grateful to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I get bounced around the church to whatever needs to get done. I've been an activity planner, secretary, public relations, video specialist, sunday school teacher, to men's group leader. I do whatever needs to get done, and it's unexpectedly gratifying! It fills you with a sense of service, accomplishment, and contribution. That you helped make the church go is a great feeling.
