Hi I'm Breanna

I'm from a small town. I served a full time mission. I love history and learning. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm done with my 3rd year of college at BYU-Idaho studing to be a history teacher! My area of focus is early American history though I love all times in history. I love learning so I also love taking classes about things that have nothing to do with my major, including archery, health, religion, guitar, ect. Currently I am going back to college because I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I served in Michigan Detroit and loved it! While it is hard to teach others about Jesus Christ and his Restored gospel it is totally worth it. My hobbies are reading, watching movies and being outside (hiking, camping, ect). I love lots of types of books including, Inheritance Cycle, Fablehaven, Tennis Shoes amoung the Nephites, The Great tree of Avalon Trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Narnia, Jane Austin and so many more. Some random facts about me is I love Garifield Comic strips and have read every day ever written. I also LOVE Phineas and Ferb. Funniest cartoon ever!!!!! And I have watched all the episodes of the old tv show of Gargoyles! Anyone remember that one! Anyway that is a bit about me but that isn't the whole story...

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this church is true. When I was a teenager I studied it out and asked God (our Heavenly Father) if it was true. He answered me and now that I have that testimony I can not and will not deny it. It's true I have grown up in the church and I am lucky to have had such a good family. Life wasn't easy though and I have had my share of hard times but this church is how I got through my hard times without as many problems. Everyone born in the Church of Jesus Christ has to go through their own convertion of knowing that it is true! There was a time when I wondered if this church was worth it but the Lord helped me and I saw that dispite hard times it is worth it to be in this church and live its teachings!

How I live my faith

How I live my faith is by putting my all into everything that the Lord asks me to do. I served a mission for the church, which means I am helping others to come unto Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer. But just because I am home now doesn't mean that I no longer do that. Everyone in the church has a responsiblity to help others come closer to Christ. He is everything and only through him can we live with our Father in Heaven someday. I also have worked with the youth even at my young age. I love teaching youth to come closer to Christ and have love for the Savior. I attend church every week and live my religion during the rest of the week as well. I am no Sunday mormon. I am the real thing all week long! I will live my religion forever!
