Hi I'm Wads

I grew up in Kimberly, Idaho, USA. I rodeo and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I rodeo. It is my life. I dont know what I would do if i didnt have rodeo to keep me sane. I also love to play basketball and I played football in High School. I come from a family that is slightly larger than average, but it is not huge. I have 3 brothers 2 sisters, and then there is me, and with my parents, there are eight of us. I love spending time with my fam, and with my friends also. And...I love to eat. Another one of my hobbies. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because I know for myself it its true. My parents are both members so I have been blessed to grow up in home a that was and still is centered in the teachings of out Savior Jesus Christ. I have seen the hand of the Lord in many ways in my life and I know that He blesses me and everybody else. I love my family and I know that we can live forever in the presence of God, the Father of our spirits. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the true Church of Jesus Christ, or that the Book of Mormon is true. But I suppose the main reason I am a Mormon is because I know that Jesus Christ suffered for my sins in the Garden of Gethsemane, and that He died for me on Calvary, and was resurrected on that first Easter Morning so long ago. Because of that act, known as the Infinite Atonement, I know that I will also be resurrected one day. I know that without Him atoning foy MY sins I could not return to live again in the presence of my Father in Heaven. I am so grateful that He has sacrificed Himself for me, and I have felt the joy of His atoning sacrifice in my life. So, I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

At the current moment, I am living my faith by serving a full time mission for the Lord. I am devoting all of my time for two years to invite others to come unto Christ. Before this point in time I was active in the youth of the Church and as part of the young sigle adult ward where I was living. I would participate in service projects and other such things to help the community and members of the ward. I would also go home teaching with my father, which was great. Other than that I would try my hardest to bear testimony of the things I know to be true by the way I live my life. By living in a way that would be pleasing unto my Father in heaven.
