Hi I'm Armina and I'm a Mormon

I grew up in Holbrook, Arizona. LDS Missionaries taught my parents the Gospel. I am thankful to be a Mormon!

About Me

I am a Senior Citizens. I am the mother of 5 children, 2 sons and 3 daughters. I enjoy cooking and sewing.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were converts to the church. I grew up learning about my church in Primary, Sunday School and later attending Mutual, an organization for Young Men and Young Women. I loved learning about the gospel and by the time I reach adulthood, I had studied enough and prayed enough to know it was true.

How I live my faith

While a young person, I witnessed examples of people in my inner circle serving in positions of the church. My Mother was a great example of serving others. She taught me to be faithful in daily prayer and in being kind and helpful to others. In my youth I had two Sunday School teachers who taught me not only in class, but by their loving example how they served others. As an adult, I have been actively engaged in church service. I have served in every organization of the church. I have been a counselor in the Primary, A counselor in Relief Socity and a Relief Society President. I have been a Young Woman Adviser to the Mia Maids and Laurel classes. I also served as A Young Woman President and a Stake Young Woman President. I served in the Sunday School as the Gospel Principles Teacher I served a temple mission in Atlanta, Gerogia and I am currently serving a mission along side of my husband in the Colorado Denver South Mission as the Housing Coordinators. Church service has given me a deeper understanding of the Gospel, increased my knowledge and nourished my spiritaul education. As a Mother of 5 children, I feel blessed to have had the Gospel of Jesus Christ to help me raise my children. I cannot imagine how anyone can give their children a solid foundation without the Saviors teachings.
