Hi I'm Sheri

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have the best job in the world, being a mom to 4 kids. I really do love it! Sometimes there are harder or more tiring days, but I would never trade being a mother for anything. I am married to a wonderful husband. I am not crafty or creative and I don't feel bad about that. I've tried to be, but i'm just not great at it so I don't get down on myself but I try to find what I am good at. I love to exercise, cook, have fun with my family and friends, and try to keep my life organized.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon first because I was born into a wonderful family with parents that are active in the gospel and raised us in the church. I am still a Mormon because I had the opportunity throughout my life to attend church; to go to sacrament meeting, to go to primary and attend Young Women's. I have studied the scriptures, attended seminary and have had many good influences in my life that helped me to attain the strong testimony I have today. I am so grateful for this and I realize that not everyone gets that opportunity, but everyone does have a chance to make that opportunity either for themselves or their family and posterity.

How I live my faith

In our church, I am the Primary President so I get to work with the primary children in our ward and I absolutely love it. In the New Testament when Christ talks about becoming a little child, I wholeheartedly believe that children are the perfect example for us to follow. Christ knew it and I have come to know it. They are kind, loving, trusting, forgiving, teachable, meek, and brave in the face of their many challenges. I am taught everyday by little children and I hope I can strive to be more like them.
