Hi I'm Dawnelle

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and a mother of three beautiful children. I am currently a student pursuing my bachelors degree. I enjoy golfing, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and as I got older I continued to follow the teachings. There came a time in my adult life that I questioned if I believed in the gospel for myself or if I simply believed it because it was the way I was raised. At about that same time, my brother was killed in an accident and everything became very clear to me. I did believe the gospel for myself. I realized just how much the church meant to me. I know that my prayers are answered and that our Heavenly Father knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows where we should be and though sometimes our prayers are not answered the way we would like, our best interest is what He has in mind. I believe in eternal families. I am grateful for the temple and for the work that is done in each one. I find much peace in the knowledge that I will be reunited with loved ones who have already passed on. I also have a testimony of tithing and the blessings it brings. There are unexplainable blessings that come with faithful tithe paying. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only true church on the earth and that Joseph Smith was a true prophet called of God to restore His church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in the church through various callings. I have taught youth, young adults, and adults, and I have also served as an activity coordinator. I also believe it is very important to live my faith in my day to day life. I do what I know is right and I treat others with love and respect. I have felt many blessings from the visiting teaching program and made life long friends because of it.
