Hi I'm Brian

I am a husband. I am father. I am a grandfather. I am an entrepreneur, a scoutmaster, a photographer, and a coach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

After we had a couple of boys, my wife and I thought life would be full with a little girl to add to the mix. After our fifth boy, our life was defined by karate, scouts, church activity, sports, and all things that channel energy. My father's advice was to "keep them tired". We have a great life with our boys. Being Mormon has a profound anchoring effect providing us with eternal personal and family relationships that we cherish beyond measure. I can't imagine our lives without the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

Though I was born into an active Mormon family, before I left to serve a two year mission, I had to know for myself that what our family believed was right and true. That personal testimony is the foundation of my activity in the church. With five sons, I have been involved in one way or another with the Young Men and Scouting programs for over 25 years. I had a deep and abiding testimony that living the gospel of Jesus Christ is the best way to raise our family.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith every day whether I'm at church on Sunday, at the dinner table at home, on a scout activity, in a business meeting, on a date with my sweetheart, or on the field coaching high school kids. I believe that actions speak so loudly that sometimes words are not heard. I try to live my life so friends and acquaintances know my values and beliefs.
