Hi I'm Adam

I'm a Dental student, a bad dancer, a father of two, a movie fanatic and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married with two awesome little girls (although some times they can be a handful). I am a full time dental student so like any other full time student free time is at a premium. I am not a very competitive person when it comes to sports, mainly because my little brother got all of the sports genes. I enjoy working with my hands, being with my family and friends, trad rock climbing, watching movies and trying on different hobbies (RC helicopters at the moment).

Why I am a Mormon

I always thought that life would slow down when I grew up, or at least get easier. Every day of every year there seems to be more on my plate, more things to juggle. It also seems that each of those juggling items are way more important. In stead of; food, fun, sports and a little bit of school here and there. I have; two little girls, my wife, our home, a lot of school and countless other things bidding for my time and attention. The Gospel of Jesus Christ shows me how to prioritize and live my life so I can enjoy my responsibilities instead of stressing about how I am going to get everything to work.

How I live my faith

part of how I live my faith is that I set apart a little time every morning before the girls wake up and i go to school to read my scriptures. That daily communion with the Christ's teachings helps carry me through the day. Can I get through the day with out it? Sure. Its just so much better when I do. My mind is clearer, I am more productive and I feel better about myself and those around me. Every Sunday we go to church. I serve in church by setting up appointments for people in our area who need help so they can meet with the Bishop. You could say I am the Bishops secretary. There are many ways to serve in the Church. Whether it be teaching a Sunday school class, visiting people in their homes or shoveling snow; the more I have serve the closer I feel to my Heavenly Father.
