Hi I'm Anthony

I'm an artist, a dork, a World of Warcraft healer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated high school and instead of going to college right away I'm taking a break and going to be going on a mission for The Church. No matter where I'm sent I know it's going to be an experience I'll never forget and why would I want to forget it? I love making things with my hands. I've done pottery, knitting, sewing, and beading bracelets. You name it, I've probably done it. I've been pretty lucky to have the chances to make these things and find that each one has been such a passion to me. Another thing I love is playing World of Warcraft. ( I mean come on who doesn't? )

Why I am a Mormon

My conversion story may not be as fancy as everyone elses but I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. It all started with three members of my family being baptized into The Chuch. Even though it took me six months after the rest of them, I did end up getting baptized into the one and only true church. This experienced helped me to understand that sometimes I need to put myself first to get what I want instead of just standing back listening to everyone else. The day I said "I wanna be baptized" I thought of what I wanted and ditched the people holding me back from getting it. I was baptized on April 11, 2009 and since that day I have never been happier.

How I live my faith

I love helping others by doing service. Everytime the branch I'm in has a service project you can count me in. I've been to pretty much all of them unless I happen to be sick. I teach the lesson to the young men every three weeks and even though I'm not the best at it....yet, I still love doing it. I've also been given the opportunity to give talks at church and most times I get the topic of missionary work and I love it. Once I'm 19 I'll be able to be one of the great missionaries I admire and look up to when I get to serve a mission for The Church.
