Hi I'm Ron Gibson

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Salt Lake City after my parents moved from Colorado. I graduated from West High School and served four years in the Air Force. I met my wife at the Institute of Religion at University of Utah. I subsequently obtained an Elecrical Engineering degree in 1961. I spent most of my career at Boeing in Seattle and retired in 2000. My wife and I have six children, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchld.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Mormon faith and have gone to several other churches. I have done extensive missionary work and have spent a large amount of time studying the Bible, The Book of Mormon and other LDS books. I have a deep testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church is the restored church. I believe that we should respect all religious faiths for their convictions and join with them in making this world a better place. We should care for each other and help those who have need of our help and help them to help themselves when we can.

How I live my faith

I help everyone I can and volunteer my time and efforts to all. I attend church regularly and fulfill my assigned calling to the best of my ability. I am the Block Watch chairman for my block and maintain good relations with my neighbors. I try to build up all those I come in contact with.
