Hi I'm Karen

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Through the years I have enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening but as I age, interests change. Now I enjoy more doing things with my family, reading, travelling and associating with my church friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My ancestors joined the Mormon church in it's infancy and I am so grateful to them for their example and sacrifice. I don't know what I would be without the church. It has been like family as well as a true guide to the joy I find in my relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. God lives and I delight in His goodness towards me.

How I live my faith

I work at being charitable, honest and kind. I study the scriptures and seek for the Holy Ghost to guide me each and every day. My husband and family are vital and of great importance in my life. The love and respect we have between us gives me great pleasure. I love to visit some wonderful ladies on a regular basis to discuss their needs. We remind each other of some of the ways we can be a little more Christlike. I'm email editor sending out information for the Relief Society, which is the organization for women of the church. We have meetings for women that teach and uplift. We focus on our responsibilities and blessings as women of varied interest and situations; from gospel study to service, cooking to crafts, and more. I have learned so much through the years from the wonderful women that have been my friends.
