Hi I'm Adrian

I grew up most of my life in Texas but moved to New Jersey. Moving is hard but the church stays the same. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im just a regular guy that loves sports, cars, food, and MUSIC. Also I love to draw, paint, anything with my hands that involves art supplies. I am a return missionary right now. I served in the Nevada Las Vegas Mission. Right after high school I went straight to work in a warehouse for Nissan and I packed car parts to ship it to the other parts of the world that assembles the car. I love doing service, it makes me happy. Serving the Lord was the best two years for my life and I will always remember them. It is awesome to serve the Lord. Now I am going to school to further my education at Union County College in Cranford, New Jersey. Once I get my Associates in Biology I plan on transferring to Utah to finish school there.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I as raised in it. But being raised in the church, doesn't mean I was perfect. Ever since I was born and could understand the teachings, I really never got a conversion or wanted to do anything with the church. At this moment in my life I was in a dark and lonely world. I had the happiness that was only for a short time but I never had the joy that I wanted until two Elders in my ward in asked me to go to a lesson in teaching the gospel to this one guy. With this guy, he had a rough life and was struggling. So what these two Elders did was give this man a blessing in a form of a prayer while placing their hand on his head. When I first saw this man there was this emptiness in his eyes but after the blessing there was a sparkle in his eye that made me go like wow! Seeing this person change converted me and make me want to serve a mission. In helping people change their lives and help them get closer to God I have come to love them as a child of God and see the potential they have to receive the joy I received with those two Elders. I still love the church and the truth it holds. The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the best thing that has helped me in my life and I would not trade this for the world.

How I live my faith

The way I live my Faith is first by gaining an understanding of the things that are being taught in my church and then applying the teachings in everyday to day opportunities. I get to share the Christ like attributes to all that I see. Another way that I have lived my faith was serve a mission to the people in Nevada and Arizona. The people there are amazing and down to earth people. I will live and love my faith until the day I die.
