Hi I'm Kristin

I'm a wife and a stay-at-home mother. I love photography, reading, shopping and cooking. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Utah, raised in Colorado, and we recently relocated from Kentucky to California. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to stay at home and take care of my family. I graduated from college with a degree in Chemistry and worked for a few years as a database analyst before our daughter was born. Someday I would like to go back to school for a master's degree, but I still don't know what degree program I would like to study. I love spending time with our daughter, who we adopted when she was just two days old. She is the light of our lives and I have learned so much watching her grow up. My greatest wish for her is that she will make decisions in her life that will bring her joy.

Why I am a Mormon

I feel fortunate to have been raised in the church. As a teenager I developed my own testimony of God our Father and His Son Jesus Christ. I am so happy to know our Father knows us all individually and has a plan for us. I'm blessed to be sealed to my sweetheart and my family for time and all eternity.

How I live my faith

At church I lead the singing in Primary, which is the organization for kids 3-12. I love to teach them songs about the gospel because I know music will stay with them the rest of their lives. I also play the piano, so I play for everything from church meetings to baptisms and weddings. I love to attend church social events; our family's favorite activity is the annual Trunk or Treat which includes a chili cookoff and trick-or-treating around the parking lot.
