Hi I'm Caleb

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father and work as a software engineer. I love spending time with my family. I am also a big sports fan. I enjoy playing golf, basketball, and tennis. I also enjoy travel and have spent time in South America, Israel, and Asia.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because following the gospel of Jesus Christ brings me and my family peace and happiness. I read the Book of Mormon when I was young. After praying about what I read and trying to live by the teachings I had learned, I gained a spiritual witness from God that the Book of Mormon is true and that it was revealed by way of a true prophet of God, Joseph Smith. It brings me comfort to know that God still calls prophets to lead and guide us in our day, as he did in ancient times. Over the years as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I have had many spiritual experiences that have helped me to know that God is our father and that he loves us, and that his son, Jesus Christ, is our Savior. I know that Jesus Christ died for us and gave us a way to return to live with him and our Heavenly Father after this life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. My family and I participate in weekly Sunday worship services where we learn from the scriptures and share experiences to strengthen each other. I volunteer by assisting the bishop of our congregation, and my wife works with the cub scouts during the week.
