Hi I'm Kendall

I'm from Wyoming. I'm a husband. I'm an Engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I went to high school in a small town. I graduated with a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. I will be finishing a PhD soon. I enjoy tennis, volleyball, and various other sports. I enjoy photography. I have tinkered with woodworking and made a rocking chair, small table, and a futon frame.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the LDS church. The gospel of Jesus Christ has given me something to hold on to during times of difficulty and despair. I have received small glimpses of light over the years. As is common, I believe, in human nature, I have struggled with faith throughout the years, but God has given me the strength to endure. And as I reflect during times of doubt, I can remember all the foundation that has been laid throughout my life. A foundation given from God to help support me in faith, whether I recognize or not.

How I live my faith

I have had numerous chances to live my faith. This is partially through the opportunities to serve in the church. I have been involved in emergency preparedness, record keeping, and other general roles. I have been given chance to be in positions of leadership to help others. I have had the opportunity to visit other members in their homes and talk with them about life and help and serve them. Aside from direct church service, I have had the opportunity to share the gospel with those not of my faith. I have served as a missionary in Canada. I have had chances while traveling for fun or for work, to talk with others about what I believe. All in all, I try to be a good person. I don't always succeed, and there is a lot to work on, but I try. And Christ wants us to try.
