Hi I'm Lee

I am a husband, a father, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like the outdoors. I work in IT. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up on a farm in Idaho and learned to work and was taught good values. I now live in Arizona and have had the opportunity to travel to Europe many times for business. I enjoy being able to put in a full days worth of work and also enjoy having a good time with my family and friends. Camping is one of my favorite things to do as there are so many beautiful things to see. I also enjoy going to baseball games and especially any event that my kids are participating in. I like to golf and play softball but find all these things more rewarding when I do it with friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I have seen many beautiful things and know that we were not created by coincidence. I know there is a plan in place and that we all have a loving Heavenly Father who knows each of us. I was raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and have had the opportunity many times to pray about the truthfulness of its teachings. I know that it is true, that Jesus Christ leads His church here upon the earth. As I have traveled to various places, it is evident that each person is a child of God. We each have our own challenges and our own unique personalities, and we are each invited to come unto the Savior. We can know individually of its truthfulness. I have learned of the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ line upon line and precept upon precept. That is why I am a Mormon, because I have prayed about the things I have learned and about the things I wanted to know were true. Through the promptings of the Holy Ghost, I was able to get confirmation that these things were true. You too can find this out for yourself as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the things that I have been taught since I was a child. I say my prayers everyday, I read the scriptures everyday. I lead my family in reading scriptures and in Family Home Evening. I try to treat everyone with kindness and love, just as the Savior taught us by his example. I strive to serve diligently in all that I do. I assist with the varsity scouts and recently attended Wood Badge training. I also work with the youth organizations in the church and attend the activities with the young men and young women. The youth are amazing and are very important to our Heavenly Father - I see this as one of the greatest things I can do with my time.
