Hi I'm Tony

I grew up in this great country served a mission for the church, retired from the United states Army and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! I'm Tony I'm also a father I think the most important title ill ever achieve. I'm married have a beautiful wife we met 37 years ago and we had three children all gone and out of the nest. They are all married and have children of their own. So yes, we are grandparents Susan and I have enjoyed the grandparent role indeed! I retired from the U.S. Army and I love my country I love the freedom we live in and the joy of serving one another. I love to fish and camp in the beach. I also love to rock hunt and I have a dream of going to Alaska to visit and see the Big bears up close.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints commonly known as the Mormon Church. So yes I'm a Mormon because I believe with all my heart that Jesus is the Christ that he loves all his children. I believe that this same Jesus spoke to Paul on his way to Damascus also spoke the inhabitants of the new world as found in the Book of Mormon and latter spoke to a young Lad in a grove of trees. His name is Joseph Smith a modern day prophet no different than Moses, Amos or Isaiah. I also believe in loving all my brothers and sisters of all religions because as I said we are the children of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith to the best of my ability, I especially like to give service to the church in my Ward and in the our Stake. I'm a Counselor in a Stake Presidency, I visit members of the church who have spiritual and physical needs. I try to be a good neighbor by doing joint cleanup projects in the neighborhood. I also like to participate in our communities political discussions I vote for local elections and national elections. I participate in our cities Quality Assurance Committees and participate with Scouting activities that include church members and non church members.

How can I find someone to talk with, in person, about the Mormon religion?
