Hi I'm Kelli

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hey! My name is Kelli and well, I'm a Mormon! I've been a member all my life and it's been such a blessing. When I look and see how much of the population is not Mormon it helps me realize that even more. I'm very thankful for that. Well, some of my hobbies i suppose would be that I love singing and music. Music means a lot to me because it releases emotions that sometimes you don't even know are in you at the moment. The feeling I get when I listen to a song that I can tell someone has poured their entire soul in to is indescribable. I also love rock climbing. I love the feeling of being up high where you don't know what's gonna happen just that you have to hold on tight and never let go (until you get back to the bottom (or top) of course). It should be the same way with the gospel, don't ever let go. I ALSO love yoga (I try and stay fit and active) roller coasters, steak, watermelon, horseback riding, writing, playing video games, and well...tons of other stuff! Right now in my life I'm trying to find a job. Like a lot of other people I'm finding it very difficult to find one. But I do plan on going to school in future. Maybe a year or so, maybe less hopefully. Well, that about it (that I can think of)

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member and my mom has always been a very faithful member. So growing up that's why I came to church, cause my mom did. But in high school I wanted to know why I was coming to church and why I wanted to be a member. So I found out. I love this gospel with all my heart, it has helped me in times when i know that not much else could have helped me. I feel the spirit so often in my life that I would never want to let it go. I know that our Heavenly Father loves not just me but everyone and that has helped me grow to love more than just myself. I know that through his son Jesus Christ we can repent of our sins and return home to Him one day. And I know I need repentance. And that to me is a wonderful thing. I would be so lost without this church. I'm not just guessing that, I know that I would be. I'm so grateful for all of the people I have known that have been a great influence in my life for the better. I'm so glad I can make this Mormon.org profile to share this with anyone willing to read it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith day by day, hour by hour, second by second by the things I choose to say and do. I don't drink, smoke, swear, or drink coffee. And even though some people think that may be a little strange at times I know it's the right thing to do and I love feeling good and different even for the right choices I make every day. I wear a CTR ring on the left pinky to remind me to always choose the right. And I try my hardest to do so. I try and be kind to everyone and to let them know they are worth it and amazing people. It's brought happiness to me in so many ways.
