Hi I'm Collins

I make rebus puzzles, I've been divorced and re-married, I'm a dad to 5 children, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the father/dad of a his, hers, and ours family of 7. My wife Cameron is amazing and wonderful. She is an always-on-the-go mom and pre-school owner/teacher. I've learned that there can be happiness after divorce -- whether re-married or not -- and that the gospel is a big part of the happiness formula. I enjoy making rebus puzzles, playing basketball, and working on projects around the house, as well as making paper airplanes, growing plants and helping others. My wife and I have an amazing child with sensory integration disorder which can make our family dynamics challenging at times, but has added much to our appreciation for families with similar challenges. In the past I have been employed to help raise pigs, make paper at a pulp and paper mill, and to help maintain landscaping. I currently work in the retail industry as a project lead.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born and raised in the church, my belief in the truth found there is my own. As I have endeavored to follow the teachings of Christ as revealed through his prophets - both ancient and modern - my faith has continued to increase. I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints! I love the understanding and insight it gives me into who I am and what purpose there is in life. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought much joy and happiness to me.

How I live my faith

Religious faith is demonstrated by service. I have had many great opportunities to exercise my faith. Some of those opportunities include: * Being a Scoutmaster in the Scouting program * Teaching the gospel to high-school aged youth early in the morning before their regular school classes * As a clerk in my ward (local congregation) * As a missionary in the Chicago, Illinois area (loved the pizza and gyros!) * Assisting the Bishop of my congregation.
