Hi I'm Alanna

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Idaho and now reside in Utah. I'm proud to call both these beautiful states my home. I'm blessed to be married to my husband Kurt in the Idaho Falls temple for time and eternity. I hope to someday be a mother. One of our deepest desires on this earth is to be parents. Kurt and I are hoping to adopt and have a profile through LDS family services. I am currently working in a spa as a Massage Therapist and going to school to become a yoga teacher. I love to feel good and stay healthy.

Why I am a Mormon

Heavenly Father blessed me to be born into a family where both of my parent taught me about Jesus Christ and his gospel here on the earth. My journey is special to me. I cannot count how many times as a youth I felt the spirit strongly and I just knew what my parents taught me had to be right. There where many experiences I was able to have growing up in the church. I admire those who joined the church later in there life and I love to here there touching stories of how they came to know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints is the fullness of the gospel and is true. This church is Gods church the he has restored on the earth. I cannot deny it.

How I live my faith

I strive to pray to our father in heaven every morning and night. Or anytime for that matter. We are taught to always have a prayer in our hearts. We pray as a family and before meals. To be able to talk to God is a amazing gift and I know he answers our prayers. I desire to read the scriptures everyday the Bible and the Book of Mormon. We also read talks and writing from the prophet and general authorities of the church. They are very uplifting and comforting. My husband Kurt serves and the bishop in our ward at church. I serve as the 1st counselor in the program the church has for women called the Relief Society. Relief Society is amazing because it helps bring all the women together! We have such a good time. We are grateful that the Lord has trusted us to help build his kingdom! These are just a few ways that I live my faith.
