Hi I'm Carol

I'm a Mormon. My family came across the plains. GGGrandfather Austin Hammer will killed at Haun's Mill.

About Me

I have 3 children, 9 grandchildren, 2 Great grandchildren, they are the joy of my life. I love to quilt, do gardening, golf, and help others. I proud to have 5 ancestors who came over on the Mayflower, one being WIlliam Bradford. I have 15 Patriots that fought in the American Revolution War. I belong to the Mayflower Society and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and The Daughters of Utah Pioneers (DUP). I love what each organization stands for and the help they give to all. We spent 6 years in the Middle East, been home 27 years. This was an experience that I will always remember and be thankful that I am an American, and live in this wonderful country.

Why I am a Mormon

I was very lucky to be born a Mormon to wonderful parents that taught the gospel in our home, and set good examples. I tried to raise my family with the same values. Being a Mormon is all I have ever known, I have many friends that are not LDS, they are always looking at me as an example, they respect my values. I can't imagine what it would be like if I was not raised a Mormon. I am so lucky and blessed.

How I live my faith

I live by example by serving my family, ward, community. It is how I learn new things and meeting many wonderful people. Serving others gives me strength and makes me realize how blest I am. All position I have held in church, DUP. DAR, has help grow and learn, which I could not do if it wasn't for MY DAILEY PRAYERS, and guidance from my Heavenly Father. I love the people in my life that are such strong examples to me and my family.
