Hi I'm Cindy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 53 year old, wife of 35 years, a mother of 4 grown son's and grandmother of 7 beautiful grandkids. Growing up in the church was a great experience and allowed me to make life long friends that have helped inspire me to hold tight to the Iron Rod. I LOVE discussing religion and politics, hiking, hunting, being outdoors, summertime, going to my mother's to work in her yard, going to visit my family in Arizona and Idaho and I really dislike cold. Life is good!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church and so it has always been a part of my life. There have been many trials in my life and opportunities to just walk away because it was too hard or too much time but in the end I cannot walk away because I know the church is true, I really know it. I have had family members, many of them leave the church for various reason's and they have tried to take me with them but I could not nor would not leave. I have read the Old and New Testiments, The Book of Mormon and I have received that personal revelation from my Heavenly Father that tells me what is true. I have had other personal revelation experiences that have provided me with an understanding that my Heavenly Father is real, that Jesus Christ is his son who atoned for my sins because he loves me. I know and love, love the Book of Mormon and the people who lived upon the American continent's, who took the time to write down and share their history for a purpose they knew to be right but did not fully understand. I love my pioneer ancestor's who lived and died for the gospel of Jesus Christ that they believed in. I will not betray they nor let them down. I am a Mormon because I know this is the true church!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by association with the saints, by reading and studying the scriptures, praying to my Father in Heaven to show my gratitude for the beautiful world we have been allowed to live in. I am so grateful to Jesus Christ my Savior, I do not want him to have died for my sins in vain.
