Hi I'm Marion

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I went to BYU in the 60's. I worked as an accountant for the Federal govt. I am married to the love of my Life. I am the Father of 5 children and 21 grandchildren. I now enjoy retirement.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. Some of my Ancestor's joined the church, when the church was very young and headquartered in Kirtland Ohio in 1831. Joseph Smith lived on the Morley farm for a while and so my Ancestors got to know the prophet very well. They suffer real hardships so I and others today could enjoy the fruits of membership in the church. I just like anyone else had to study the scriptures and pray to know for myself that the church was true. It took me several months before I received a witness that the gospel was true. I have tried to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ since that time. I believe God has blessed Me and My family for striving to follow the doctrines of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I strive to follow the doctrines and standards of the church. Oh, I make mistakes but I try to do a little better the next week. I enjoy the fellowship of members of the church. I find great satisfaction in serving my fellowmen and my God. I have found some church callings to be very challenging, however God and our Savior bless us making up the difference where we are lacking in the work of the kingdom. Come join us and find full joy.
