Hi I'm Ed

I am a husband, a father, a grandfather, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I work as a premium auditor for an insurance company. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 35 years, and we have four children, and seven grandchildren so far. I enjoy grandkids, music, Star Trek, reading books with my wife, and astronomy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was introduced to the Church when I attended Brigham Young University as a student. There I met some wonderful Latter-day Saints. There I learned about the apostasy and the restoration of the gospel. I was introduced to the Book of Mormon, which I have come to know is the word of God. It is a powerful witness of Jesus Christ as our Savior, and its teachings go hand in hand with the teachings of the Bible. Although I was raised to believe in Jesus Christ, my testimony of Jesus Christ as my savior and redeemer is so much stronger now as a latter-day saint. My life has been blessed as a Latter-day Saint.

How I live my faith

One of the teachings of Jesus Christ is that we are to serve others. As a Latter-day Saint, I have had many opportunities to provide service to others. I have served in such areas as teaching, missionary service, leadership, handling financial matters for a congregation, and home teaching (where we visit church members.) I also enjoy serving in a temple.
