Hi I'm Marilyn Gannon

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of a 20 year old son named Victor and an 18 year old son who is named Adam. My husband is named Charles. I home school my sons who are handicapped because of the school system telling me to do more for them and allowing them to be bullied by other students. I read and do art drawings as well as I raise Minature Collies for relaxation. I also train them for showing as well. But most of all I enjoy the time with my sons and my husband of 22 years of marriage. I do enjoy very much meeting and talking to others as well to make good friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I have become a member as my family because we were wanting to get closer to our Heavenly Father. My husband was raised a Naziaren and I was raised by my grandmother to be Catholic. We had tried to get to know each other's church to see which would be good for us. But it was to much for me to teach him my faith and him to teach me to understand his. Neither one was based with Heavenly Father in it and the family gathering together as one. In our church now we watch our sons grow in their duties and faith and we grow close together as a family in Christ. We are all very active now in the things that our church has been having. We help when we are needed to do something from getting ready for Christmas this year. It is beautiful to see that they are becoming very caring young men. My husband and I have watched our 18 year old die in front of me for a few minutes from a form of Epilipsy which makes him die. He has been a very sick young man. But with the prayers he receives and the large extended family that really enjoy helping our boys learn to show their faith in all they do in their lives.

How I live my faith

I try to show my sons that Christ is always there in every thing that we do. In my life as their teacher in our homeschool and we try to keep him and his promises in our daily comings and goings.
