Hi I'm Jill

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I recently graduated from college and had our first baby. I stay at home with our little guy while my husband works as an auditor. Together we enjoy anything outdoors-camping, hiking, fishing, etc. When I have free time I love scrapbooking, blogging, journaling and documenting all of our family adventures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that this is Christ's true church upon the earth. I grew up a member of this faith but feel that I was truly converted at the age of 14. It was my Freshman year in high school and I had friends who were making lots of different choices. I was at a crossroad. Who did I want to become? What kind of life did I want to live? As the year went on, I could see two different paths open up in front of me. It was very clear that I could either choose to follow Jesus Christ and be happy and blessed or I could choose to follow Satan and be miserable. I know that my choice to follow the Savior has had huge and lasting consequences. I am so thankful that I have chosen to align myself with the teachings of the Mormon church. It's doctrines and teachings have brought me happiness and peace. Because of the Church I have a clear understanding of who I am and what my purpose is in this life. I know that the Savior lives, I know that He loves me, and I know that He has a plan for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing the little things. I attend church each Sunday, give service to others, study the scriptures, pray and attend the temple.
