Hi I'm Harold

I'm a Mormon and have just returned to Colorado after a 37 year stint in Naperville, IL.

About Me

I am a salesman and have sold various products and services most of my life. I love to read, work in the garden, and fix-up the house. I have 6 children who are now grown and living elsewhere. Some of my 14 grandchildren live near us and its fun to have them close. My 97 year old mother lives nearby and still a joy to be around her.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into an active LDS/Mormon family, I've come to know that the church and it's teaching are true. The Book of Mormon testifies of Jesus Christ. It reaffirms His teaching in the Old World. When reading the Book of Mormon, my testimony of Jesus Christ, His divine sonship, and His role as the Redeemer and Savior is strengthened. So it is with anyone who reads the book. They will come away with a much stronger love for our Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Living my religion on a daily basis means reading the scriptures, praying, and trying to keep the commandments. Its not all that hard because the Lord helps me each day. At church, I work with the young men, ages 12 through 18. They are an active group with school, work, sports, and music. I try to help them see how being true to the faith will improve the quality of their lives in all its aspects.
