Hi I'm Rob

I grew up in Southern California and now live in Arizona. I am a Mormon and have been one all of my life!

About Me

I am very happily married and the father of four amazing kids. We have one in college and one each in all three schools here. I love to camp, hunt and fish and do whatever my kids and wife want to do. I especially love going on trips with my beautiful wife and spending time with her. I work in the high tech industry and get to travel around the coutry and the world.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the church, but have come to understand the truthfullness of the gospel on my own. I served a 2 year mission in Japan where I truly gained a testimony of this church, of Jesus Christ as our Saviour and of the Book of Mormon as the word of God along with the Bible. I am grateful to know that through being married in the temple for all eternity to my wife that I will be together with her and my children forever. There is no 'till death do us part', and that comforts me.

How I live my faith

I have had many opprotunities to serve in the church and in the community. My favorite of all of my church assignments has been working with the youth. It's a joy to see squirly 12 year old boys mature and turn into fine young men over the years through good parenting, church teachings & doctrine and great activities focused on them. I also have had the opportunity to be in local church leadership where I have learned how the leaders of the church truly love and serve those whom they have responsibility for. I also get to hometeach families in our ward or local area. This has been a wonderful opportunity to get to know and love many families. In my opinion the best way for me to live my faith is to be an example to my children of how they should live and how they can be good mothers and fathers when they reach that time in their lives. I'm grateful for the gospel in my life and in the lives of my family. It has given us guidance and direction on how we should be living and how to best serve our Saviour. I try to be like Him and help those around me who may be in need, both physically and spiritually.
